In an RPGnet forum thread on Dark Ages supplements, line developer Matt McFarland mentioned the following:

As for the Ashen series, I had indeed planned on doing an "Ashen Lady" at some point, perhaps as part of a DA: France book...but then my game line ended. C'est la vie.
